Admission Requirements
Students come to IRUS from around the world, blending a diverse range of academic backgrounds, experiences, interests, talents and cultural heritage.
Admission to our University is granted under different categories, depending on the student’s qualifications and educational objectives.
Our general admissions policy relies on the student’s previous academic performance, including their high school grades. The Medical School has separate admissions policies and procedures outlined on the Medical School (upon request).
Undergraduate Admission
The general admission requirement for entry to an undergraduate programme of study is a recognised High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent. Some programmes may have additional requirements, in which case, they are specified separately under the relevant programme details
English Language Proficiency
English is the main language of instruction at our University. Students may be required to take IRUS’s test, with no charge, before registering for classes, unless they have passed an internationally recognised English exam which indicates their level of English proficiency.
Degrees
The degrees that offer IRUS are Diploma, HND, National Diploma, Associate's Degree, BSc, BA, MSc, MA, PhD, Doctorate and other depends on the educational program.
